WAYNE WANG – FIRST PRIZE – Artist Strings 2025

Wayne Wang is a 15-year-old 10th grade student at Fairmont College Preparatory Academy. He began studying piano at age six and added violin a year later, developing a deep passion for both instruments. Wayne has earned numerous awards as a soloist and chamber musician, and in 2025, he won concerto competitions that led to his debut performance with California State University, San Bernardino. Beyond music, Wayne is deeply interested in biology and chemistry. His dream is to combine his musical experience with his scientific knowledge to pursue a career in medicine, where he can help others and contribute to improving people’s health.
