There will be an awards ceremony, immediately following the live performances, to honor the winners. All awards (including the cash prizes) will be given to the winners at the awards ceremony.
Do I need to bring my own accompanist?
For Strings edition: Yes, you will need to provide your own accompanist at your own expense for the live audition. If your repertoire is written for solo string instrument, evidently no accompanist will be necessary.
For Piano edition: no accompaniment is necessary.
For All-Instrumental: accompaniment is needed if your chosen repertoire requires it. For pieces written for solo instrument (e.g. J.S. Bach sonatas and partitas for solo violin, etc), no accompaniment is needed.
