SERAFIN LALAS

Serafin Alexander Manalo Lalas III is a 10-year-old pianist and 5th grade student who has studied with Dr. Lily Diehl since the age of four. He has earned State Honors in MTAC’s Certificate of Merit program, received Honorable Mention, 3rd Place, and 2nd Place in the Inland Empire Piano Festival, and recently won 1st Place in the 2026 Inland Empire Young Artist Competition – Piano Edition. Serafin enjoys sharing God’s gift of music through piano, cello, and singing in his church, and outside of music he loves reading, playing flag football, badminton, and golf.
